What will I learn about?
This series offers 8 weekly educational sessions with topics including:
Managing fatigue
Breathing and the nervous system
Brain fog and communication
Nutrition and balancing a healthy lifestyle
Medication management
Navigating return to work and community and health resources

I have lived with long covid symptoms for more than 3 months
My symptoms are impacting my life in negative ways
I am comfortable in a virtual group setting
I am over the age of 18
I am feeling mentally and emotionally able to participate in this group
