- Choose an Executor of your Will – someone you trust and rely on to carry out your wishes.
- Decide how you would like to divide your assets. Consider your family first; charity second.

If you would like to leave a portion of your estate to The Lung Association, Manitoba Inc. after all debts and specific bequests to loved ones are made, here is the wording:
“I direct my Trustees to pay or transfer all (or a stated percentage) of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate to The Lung Association, Manitoba Inc. to be used for The Lung Association, Manitoba Inc.’s general purposes as its directors see fit. The charitable registration number for The Lung Association, Manitoba Inc. is 107952798 RR0001.”
